About Our Program

The North West Regional Hospital’s 8-bed Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Service provides an interdisciplinary team approach, with highly skilled, friendly staff to help patients focus on their daily therapy goals. Our inpatient service is designed to meet the special physical and cognitive rehabilitative needs of individuals who have experienced a disabling injury, illness or surgery. Patients are provided with support and guidance so they can regain their confidence and a high level of independence.

Our mission is to achieve optimum function and quality of life for patients and their carers within a supportive team environment.
