Tasmania, the ‘adventure island’……start your nursing adventure with us now!
We listen to our graduates and know you need a contemporary, flexible program as you make the transition to registered nurse.
Transition to Practice positions provide opportunities for you to consolidate your knowledge and skills in one or more practice settings within a region or across the state.
So tell us where you want to start your career. We offer transition to practice positions in a wide range of practice settings including metropolitan and rural hospitals, community mental health, maternal and child health.
As a newly registered nurse you will have opportunities to network with other graduates and you will receive support and encouragement from experienced clinical nurse preceptors, your nurse unit manager and your Transition to Practice coordinator.
You will also commence the development of a professional portfolio, which you can build on throughout your nursing career as your personal record of employment history, professional development and career achievements.
