- The nurse or midwife must read the “Fact Sheet for Nurses and Midwives” to check if he/she is eligible for BNBW funding.
- A nurse or midwife meeting eligibility criteria must check with his/her employer that the hospital is eligible under the BNBW program. Details are available in the “Fact sheet for Public Hospitals”
- The nurse and the manager must complete the forms below to apply for an allocated position in the BNBW program.
- It is advisable for the manager to contact the BNBW coordinator to check if any places are currently available in the program. Places are limited.
- The forms should be forwarded by email or fax to the program coordinator (details below)
