  1. The nurse or midwife must read the “Fact Sheet for Nurses and Midwives to check if he/she is eligible for BNBW funding.
  2. A nurse or midwife meeting eligibility criteria must check with his/her employer that the hospital is eligible under the BNBW program. Details are available in the “Fact sheet for Public Hospitals
  3. The nurse and the manager must complete the forms below to apply for an allocated position in the BNBW program.
  4. It is advisable for the manager to contact the BNBW coordinator to check if any places are currently available in the program. Places are limited.
  5. The forms should be forwarded by email or fax to the program coordinator (details below)
