Application for Funding
Disability and Community Services
- The Department seeks application for funding to deliver a supported accommodation service for Older Adolescents and Younger Adults with disabilities.
- Applicants are invitedfrom Community Sector Organisations to deliver high quality and flexible innovative accommodation services to Older Adolescents and Younger Adults with varying disabilities. These services will be located in the North West (Burnie) and the South (Lindisfarne).
- The model will require a focus for some clients on transition to more independent living.

Lodgement: Applications must be lodged at the Tender Box, Department of Health and Human Services, Ground Floor, 24 Davey Street, Hobart or by electronic lodgement at tenderbox.south@dhhs.tas.gov.au
Conditions of Participation: Applicants must be a community service organisations that can demonstrate relevant experience and capacity to provide an appropriate supported accommodation model.
