Recognising you’re in trouble is the first step to getting out of it. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. But remember, you’re not on your own. You’ll be given all the help you need by experienced professionals, complete with a range of practical ways to get your life back together.

You choose the support that’s right for you. Some of the options include 24-hour phone support, face to face counselling and web-based resources. We can also help you organise a self-imposed ban. These are useful for people who find it hard to stay away from gambling.
