Disability Services Learning and Development Strategy

The learning needs of staff in the Tasmanian disability sector vary depending on role descriptions, professional backgrounds and qualifications, as well as the changing needs of organisations, including changing models of service delivery.

The Learning and Development Strategy provides a framework to approach the learning needs of all staff at all levels in the organisation. The focus areas and systems established will remain consistent, while the learning goals, content and mode of delivery are flexible to meet both the specific, and the changing needs of the organisation and the workforce.
