Interim Compliments and Complaints Policy

Disability Services has developed an Interim Compliments and Complaints Policy. The Policy Statement provides a broad overview of the principles and approach that Disability Services is committed to in the management of compliments and complaints. The Policy Statement is effective from 1 October 2007.
