Physical activity and nutrition information, support and services

 

Below are three lists of services as a starting point for people wanting to more active and/or eat more healthily. This information includes government and non-government providers and is organised into three sections, general, physical activity and nutrition.

Please note in some cases services may charge a fee.

Some private health insurance providers also offer telephone health coaching. If you have private health insurance, you may like to contact your provider to see what services they offer.

National Health Services Directory (NHSD)
