Presenting Puree was developed by the Tasmanian Department of Health and Human Service’s Speech Pathologists with advice from dietitions to support those on a pureed diet and their carers. It is full of information on nutrition and the pureed diet and tips for preparing cooking, blending and presenting pureed meals.
