Housing Tasmania staff have for a long time shared a vision for the future of housing in Tasmania. That vision is for housing for all Tasmanians that is affordable, appropriate, accessible, healthy, supportive, suitable, viable, secure, high quality and comfortable. The word "sustainable" captures all of these properties.
