Specialist Homelessness Services
The Specialist Homelessness Service provides services to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless including:
- Case Planning and Support Services
- Immediate Emergency Accommodation (including Shelters)
- Supervised Accommodation and Placement and Support Services for Young People
- Transitional Support Services for homeless people to establish themselves in independent living (including financial counselling and personal support)
- Other Specialist Homelessness Services funded services (including Sexual Assault Support Services and Domestic and Family Violence Counselling and Support Services).
Assistance with Emergency Accommodation
For assistance with emergency accommodation contact a Case Planning and Support Service in your region. These services provide assessment, support, information and referral services and can arrange emergency accommodation for those who find themselves homeless.

This is an after hours number for clients and service providers needing to access emergency accommodation. It is a 24 hours number on weekends and public holidays and operates from 5.00pm to 9.00am Monday to Friday.
Eligibility Information
Support is available to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness including women, with or without children escaping domestic violence.
