Compliments & Suggestions
Everyone likes to receive compliments, and the staff at Clare House is no exception! Compliments help us to know what we are doing well, and make sure we continue to provide this type of service to others. If you have been happy with the service you have received, you can pass this on in a number of ways.
- Speak to your clinician and let them know what you like about working with them.
- Tell the staff in reception about your positive experience.
- Write a letter / email to the Clare House Team Leader expressing your positive experiences.
- Write you compliment or suggestion down and place it in the Suggestion Box at reception.
- Email your compliment or suggestion to: clare.house@dhhs.tas.gov.au
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you have the right to make a complaint using the following steps. You may wish to have a friend, family member or advocate to support you.
- Speak to the clinician concerned at Clare House
- If you remain dissatisfied, request an appointment with or write a letter / email to the Clare House Team Leader
