PULSE offers counselling, information and referral for young people aged 12 to 24 years.  PULSE also has a Youth Access Area with computers and internet access, recreational activities and group facilities.

The LInk is a free, confidential service for young Tasmanians aged 12 to 24, dealing with issues such as drug use, pregnancy, housing, nutrition, sex and health.

Headspace – - provides mental and health wellbeing support, information and services to young people and their families across Australia.

Reachout – - can help you by improving your understanding of the issues that relate to your mental healthand wellbeing and providing information to better understand other people's experiences. Reach Out also has information on how you can get the best help from services, as well as opportunities for you to connect with other young people like you.

Bullying No Way! - - a comprehensive Australian Web site for students and professionals of all ages to provide a nationwide resource of State and Territory approaches to minimising bullying, harassment and violence.

It's Alright - - a youth oriented site focussed on helping youth understand mental health issues for themselves and their families.
