The RFP relates to Actions 8 and 9 from the Safe Homes, Safe Families Tasmania's Family Violence Action Plan 2015-2020:

Action 8: Extend counselling services for children and young people experiencing family violence by improving access to services.

Action 9: Provide additional counselling services for adults experiencing family violence by delivering services in partnership with non-government organisations and improving access to timely, dedicated counselling.

Respondents may submit proposals for either one action or both actions, providing the flexibility for an organisation or consortium to prepare a proposal in line with their specific skills and expertise.
