• Immediate emergency accommodation
• Crisis assessment and support
• Information and referral to appropriate services such as counselling and transitional support services
• Support and referral to obtain longer term accommodation
• Case management working in collaboration with other appropriate services
• High security shelter confidential location
• Support with all reasons for homelessness including family violence
