St Michael's offers community welfare services to people with intellectual disabilities, learning difficuties and difficult behaviours.
The Individual Living Units are self contained and assist in developing independent living skills.
Tenants are to be over 18 years of age, be on a disability pension and be eligible to access St Michael's services.
