St Michael's offers community welfare services to people with intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties and difficult behaviours.
The Outreach Program assists participants to gain greater independence as they live in the community. This program aims to provide clients with the opportunity to develop skills that contribute and enhance their ability to live independently.
Must have a referral from DHHS Disability Services.
This is a free service.
