The Specialist Clinic provides outpatient based care to Medical, Surgical and
Paediatric patients.
Over 40 Surgeons and Physicians conduct regular clinics within the
department, as well as, a number of inter and intrastate based Consultants.
Patients are sourced from General Practitioners, other Consultants, 'In House'
referral and ward discharge.
All new patients require a written referral from a Medical Practitioner - all
referrals are prioritized in terms or urgency by the Consultants before
appointments are sent out to the patients.
