The specialised workers within the DHHS Family Violence Counselling and Support Service are available to assist victims of family violence and affected children.
DHHS Family Violence Counselling and Support Service offer professional and specialised services to assist children, young people and adults affected by family violence. This service is part of the Safe at Home initiative; a Tasmanian whole of government response to family violence.
- Information on family violence and its impact on adults, children and young people;
- Individual support and counselling for individuals affected by family violence; and
- Group work programs for affected adults, children and young people.
