We can assist with:

• Planning your admission and discharge from hospital. Community referrals and resources
• Grief, loss and trauma counselling
• Family and relationship concerns
• Support for carers
• Financial entitlements, work and legal issues, ie. Centrelink, DVA, MAIB, Workers Compensation
• Consumer Health Information
• Any problems or grievances relating to services within the hospital
• Information on travel and accommodation assistance for medical appointments
• After hours crisis / trauma service
