The Specialist Clinic provides outpatient based care to medical, surgical and paediatric patients.
Over 40 surgeons and physicians as well as a number of inter and intrastate based consultants conduct regular clinics within the department. Patients come from GPs, other consultants, in-house referral and ward discharge.
All new patients need a written referral from a medical practitioner. Consultants prioritise all referrals by urgency before appointments are sent to patients.
