We can assist with:
- Planning your admission and discharge from hospital. Community referrals and resources
- Grief, loss and trauma counselling
- Family and relationship concerns
- Support for carers
- Financial entitlements, work and legal issues, ie. Centrelink, DVA, MAIB, Workers Compensation
- Consumer Health Information
- Any problems or grievances relating to services within the hospital
- Information on travel and accommodation assistance for medical appointments
- After hours crisis / trauma service
