Move Well Eat Well is celebrating its 10th Year in schools and is recognising school staff that have been significant supporters of the program.

Kate was nominated for the 5 years she has led and been involved in Move Well Eat Well at Lauderdale Primary School and for the assistance and direction she has provide to other MWEW schools in southern Tasmania.

She has:

• Helped her school renew their Award through multiple renewals.
• Assisted staff with PD around MWEW and Fruit and Veg breaks by running a Refresher Session.
• Shared MWEW ideas with other schools.

She is a great MWEW Leader because she is:

• Organised
• Passionate
• Committed to MWEW.

Overall, Kate has: helped the school maintain their Move Well Eat Well Award, advocated for healthy eating and physical activity at her schools and promoted Move Well Eat Well messages in school community. Well done and congratulations on being a Recognised School Leader!
