Help us save lives - learn CPR

Restart A Heart FacebookRestart A Heart Day - Wednesday, 16 October 2019

Learn to restart a heart, have a go and save a life.

This Restart a Heart Day we want Tasmania to learn CPR and help save a life.

Our Ambulance Tasmania paramedics and volunteers will show you what to do if someone near you is suffering a cardiac arrest (the person will be unconscious and not breathing normally).

Come and see one of the public demonstrations near you or for those who can’t make it in person, we’re presenting an interactive, online tutorial through the AT Facebook page at 7 pm, Wednesday 16 October.

FREE Restart a Heart Day events will run from Saturday 12 October to Saturday 19 October. Ambulance Tasmania, St John and Red Cross are joining forces to teach as many Tasmanians as possible how to perform CPR and possibly save a life.
