A Chaplaincy service is available to patients while attending the Launceston General Hospital. The Chaplain is dedicated to providing friendly support to you and your family.

The Chaplain provides a ministry of pastoral care and concern to patients, their families and the hospital staff.

If you wish, the Chaplaincy service can contact pastoral visitors from churches of other denominations.

Chapel

You are always welcome in the hospital chapel for times of reflection and prayer. You will find it a warm, inviting and quiet place to be.

It is located on level 3, along from the main entrance and is open 24 hours a day.

Worship services are held every Sunday morning at 10.00am. Patients, relatives and staff are welcome.
